Attorney Robert Katz participates in Columbia University Mock Trial

by David McGrath | May 7, 2021 | News

Last month, Attorney Robert Katz participated (virtually) in a mock trial hosted by Dr. David Mantell of Columbia University’s Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology, Child Protection Lab. The subject matter was litigation regarding abused children and parental rehabilitation. The Lab is primarily for graduate psychology students interested in forensics and Bob has been participating in this program for four years.

“The mock trial demonstrates the purpose of and methodology for using a psychologist’s expert testimony in complex custody cases,” says Bob. “I always enjoy working with these students as they learn how to apply psychology answers to legal questions.”
